Catching Inherited Harm Before It Reaches the Patient
Clinical AI bias is not malice. It is inherited: from historical training data, from populations excluded from clinical trials, and from scoring systems designed for an "average" patient who was never Black, never Indigenous, never a child, and never a woman presenting atypically.

Founder Story
Constantine built Synod IntelliCare to address the critical problem of bias in healthcare data and models influencing care decisions without calibration. Watching clinical AI rapidly deploy across healthcare systems, he realized that the algorithms deciding care urgency were entirely unchecked for demographic bias. Having spent 20 years in enterprise B2B healthcare technology commercialization, he knew the data would inevitably fail the most vulnerable patients: so he built the governance layer to catch it and ensure equitable care for every patient.
